Generous apartment with unexpected daily housekeeping and very effective airconditioners. Loved having windows for natural light. Only a few stairs to reach the lift. Appreciated being provided an iron when requested.
40 minute walk with suitcase over uneven pavement to and from train station.

Great location easy to checkin responsive staff clean, had everything you need, I would 100% recommend it. Did not know there was a kitchen or I would have bought groceries but they left a coupon for the cafeteria right below the building. Excelent place
I wish they would have left a couple of coffee pods for the coffee maker

Amazing apartment, looks great. Only 15 minutes walk from city center.
WiFi did not work in second room. Cold shower was still warm.

Located near the centre of Florence.
Large spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Little or no hot water for showers or a bath.
Breakfast was at a cafe next door which was busy with locals and limited in what you got.
