Door code worked great!
It would have been nice if they good have provided a garage code as well. They could change it along with the door code. We had an issue with the hot water - but I resolved it. However the property manager was very helpful and attentive to the issue. One other suggestion - if ceiling fans could be installed in all bedrooms it would enhance the comfort since the A/C had a limit on how low it could go. Even box fans would have been helpful. It was exceptionally hot - I understand. But the bedrooms did get a little toasty at night.

The outside was so unkept and not clean. Front was a weed patch. Did not like tv choices.

House was clean and comfortable with a perfect location to beach and downtown. Definitely will stay again!!
