The quiet, the room space and the clean of the room .
I pay extra for the parking 🅿️ from 80-100 Dirhams. For 2 nights. I should to take my refund after 2 days of checking out but later they changed it to 5 days. I found a bed bugs on my bed that's mean the bed was not very clean 🪲. If as me i will not come back and book again in this hotel.

Staff were friendly.
The room was tight for 1 adult and 2 teenagers because they squashed us in a small room. The rooms were not cleaned regularly, or even regular bin change or floor towel change unless you asked, even bottles of water we had to ask for it each day and toilet tissue, small bottles of water should just be given without asking knowing that it’s a hot country. When I checked in the staff member didn’t say much, so they had snack in the room the children ate them and when we checked out they told me I had to pay appropriately it wasn’t free. So I told them I was not told, they called the guy who was at the reception that day, he goes I was saying I was tired so he didn’t tell me, talking a lot of nonsense never did I say I was tired, that same guy told me they didn’t have a card service, then I found out from another staff they did. They did not have many options for breakfast only two different fruits, boiled eggs and fried egg, occasionally sausages and toast. No porridge, pancakes, pastries etc.
