My code would not unlock the door the 2nd time I tried to get in. I had to call customer service, however the person on the phone was very nice and get my code reset quickly. There were no more issues and we had an amazing time.

The location was perfect, steps from the beach literally, just cross a 2 lane which is easy to do. When we went inside the property, it was more than expected. It was very nice! I will leave those of you on the hook, if your interested.

I was not given the gate, elevator, condo access when check-in time was available. They dis send me numbers, however...none of them worked. I finally got access to the gate, and was instructed to use the other numbers. None of them worked. So I had to call back to get the condo access code. Thats the only poor costumer service I experienced during this stay.

The place was very beautiful and made you at home at the beach with a close walk to the beach.

Had several issues with the rental company including given the wrong WiFi password which took a day to fix and the tv went out and was never replaced so we went three days without a tv.
