Great unit and good host.

Beautiful unit, comfortable beds, access was easy and host was great.

As a last minute option the location wasn't ideal.

Check in has charges! I was charged Euro100 extra because i was late to check in versus informed time due to traffic from Milan to Florence, and i was taken on the spot to ATM to pay that in cash. What a horrible welcome !!! No parking facility, had to arrange private parking by myself.
