Hotel FAREMITI Uvita

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Faremiti. The location is excellent. It is close to everything Uvita has to offer while still being peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly made this stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. His kindness and genuine care for his guests really set this place apart. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with an amazing host and a fantastic location, I highly recommend Hotel Faremiti. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

I stayed at Faremiti, a small and charming hotel. It was my first visit, but definitely not the last. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful, and the place is full of thoughtful details with beautiful decoration. I especially loved the garden, the pool, and the jacuzzi.

Honestly, nothing major to mention. Everything was very pleasant and well taken care of.

Great location, comfortable beds, also has good parking and a pool onsite which is nice to have.

The room was very comfortable, with a fresh and clean feel. Exactly matched the description and pictures on booking.com. The disabled parking was available in good proximity to our room after my wife broke her leg.

So why the low score? Well the AC was set on 16 deg when we arrived so clearly not working. I reported it to the owner the night we arrived. We wouldn't expect much could be done on a Sunday night but still not working on the second night. It was hot and humid and uncomfortable with a broken leg (the leg not being their fault of course!). Silly me, I didn't realise I had to tell the staff the AC was broken each day! The fault was reported on our first evening, it wasn't going to repair itself and nothing was done. We understood that no engineer would be available on a Sunday night but would have expected something to be done on the Monday. If no engineer was available perhaps an apology and some reparation rather than suggesting some fault with the guests! When we left I did hand the keys into reception and reminded them again (we didn't just drive off)!
