The staff were courteous and friendly.
My online booking through Booking.com was cancelled without notice prior to my arrival. I had no reservations upon arrival which caused a lot of stress. No good reason was given for the cancellation.
A fresh booking was made and I couldn't get my previously booked suite. It seems online reservations like those made through booking.com are poorly managed.

The room was clean, and complimentary breakfast was satisfactory - although it was purely Nigerian and not intercontinental.
The complimentary Internet was too slow.
