Very nice stay near the entrance of the park, most convenient for people hiking the Cyamudongo section as it's a 5am meet up near the hotel. Jane and her staff were kind and helpful. They confirmed our park guide and made sure the room was comfortable for three people. I suggest the packed breakfast option with egg sandwich for the chimp hike at 5am. The dinner was very good too, the roasted pumpkin side was delicious. Nice tea and cookies on arrival.

Amazing staff and 5 star home cooked fresh meals. Couldn't do enough for you.
The bathroom is really badly designed that it makes the whole place wet. Not enough power socket in room, no mirrors in room.

The location is very nice. You get beautiful views from the rooms as well as the restaurant. The rooms are very tidy and kept in good condition. I even got an upgrade to a bigger room free of charge because there were no other guests there.
Nyungwe NP is very close and only a short drive with your own vehicle. The food at the restaurant is tasty and all of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and just allround attentive and nice. They even had my washing done short notice in the evening before I left. Pascal, the receptionist, is very eager to help you out with anything you ask for.
There is nothing remotely I would have any complaints about :)
