La vicinanza al centro di Novellara raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. La presenza di una colonnina per la ricarica di auto elettriche, il ristorante che, anche se a gestione separata, propone delle ottime Pinse!!

Struttura interessante, ma tenuta... anzi non tenuta!
Peccato ha tutte le caratteristiche per essere un 4 stelle accogliente ma senza una vera manutenzione è meno di un motel !!!

The position in the centre of Novellara and vero close to Modena
