Lovely villa, good facilities, slightly remote

Great facilities, comfortable, clean, staff very responsive

Perema is a little bit out of the way, 20 mins to the nearest beach, taxis available but not always reliable - we ended up hiring a car

A superb holiday experience which we will remember for all the right reasons.

The location was nice and relaxing and the views were amazing, to wake up to such a view was breathtaking.... every morning. The actual village although it was small, it still had a few little nice restaurants within walking distance and good local shops, like the butchers and small coffee shops.

The only thing that could be improved is the size of the pool, sadly it was pretty small especially for a group of ten people, who were all adults.

Exceptional

The Villa is great for families with kids or friends couples. The location is very convinet for traveling around Crete as its in a central area of the island. It has all possible facilities and the owner really thought about small details. The kitchen, sauna, pool, entertainment for kids, barbecue and even oven stove for pizza, all in great shape and easy to use. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is a huge advantage, all very clean and in great condition. The owner was extremely helpful and addressed all questions or info requestes we had. It was really the next level of hospitality - with home made food, fresh fruits and drinks, and even printing services (free) when we required it. We would very very much recommend this villa, worth every penny!

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, der Tisch war mit Leckereien gedeckt und der Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Saft gefüllt. Das war ein super Start in den Urlaub.
