I loved pretty much all of it! We got the studio apartment, which was enough for only my husband and I.
I loved the location, a block away from the beach and public access to it right across it. We had a giant balcony, free garage for our rental car, an amazing pool, washer and dryer, AC, we even grilled twice during our stay.
I also liked that they were super flexible with the check in time. We landed at 11am and they approved our check in time for then instead of the usual 4oclcok.
There are bunch of shops right under it, a grocery store, a gym (a bit pricey and out of our newlyweds budget, but it was packed all the times).
Everything was just amazing!
Probably the only negative thing I can think of is that since they don’t have a physical office, it was a bit hard for us to get in touch with them to check in and give us the key.
We went to one of the bars around there and asked for their WiFi password but we were not given any WhatsApp number to chat until after the check in.
They send an email saying “we’ll wait for you in your unit” but we had no idea where the unit was since there was a fob to go upstairs and be able to see the numbers.
It was really upsetting because it was pouring rain, no data/ service and not being able to make international calls to get in touch with the people. We had to ask one of the locals over there to give us their phone to make calls.
Maybe a good plan moving forward could be instead of I’ll wait for you in your unit - that’s not accessible without a key- say that you’d wait at X place and you’ll be wearing X color clothes.
Other than that, our stay was really pleasant
