Very clean and comfortable room, well-equipped kitchen, super modern and spacious bathroom. The host was super nice and very helpful. Included in the price is a ticket that enables you to use public transportation for free. There’s a bus stop a few meters from the apartment, it takes you to the city centre in 15 min, and a bakery and dm store very close by. It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. There’s free parking in the street.
No real complaints, but it is good to know that the room is in the basement floor and has a terrace but you basically don’t really have a view. It’s definitely okay if you don’t plan on staying in your room during the day, seeing there is also no sofa or comfortable chair, there is a very small table and two high chairs. The room isn’t very big, but I was travelling alone and for me it was perfect. The bed mattress is very soft, so a little tricky if you have back problems.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Konstanz. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war angenehm und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Für einen Kurzurlaub in Konstanz absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Sehr sauber und gute Lage!
Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und obwohl ich Schwierigkeiten mit einer Rechnung hatte, hat sie mir geholfen.
