The sofas in the cargo bay can be utilized as-is with the table in the middle, converted into a bed by lowering the table, or be fastened in the upright position to provide storage for ATVs, kayaks, or other large items. No need for keys! The main cabin door has a digital keypad that will allow you to lock and unlock the door as you go (you will still be provided a set of keys). Two propane tanks on the front of the trailer heat water for showers and provide fantastic cooking options with the stovetop, gas oven, and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen offers a slide-out stove, mini-refrigerator, icemaker, and the first of two outdoor showers. To tow this unit, your vehicle must have a trailer brake, utilize a weight-distribution hitch (1160 lb. tongue weight, see “Optional Accessories”), and be able to tow over 6,800 lbs. In addition, the driver should have experience in towing trailers of this length and type. Renter pickup/delivery is at 3:00 pm, and drop-off/return is at 11:00 am. Early pickup/late drop-off is available for an additional fee. Unapproved late returns will result in a deduction of $20/hr from your security deposit. After five hours, the renter will be charged for an additional night.
