Would definitely recommend as a good place to stay

Clean spacious room, great location and a wonderful Cantina off the lobby. Authentic Mexican food. Great rates. Will definitely stay there again

Awful. Do not recommend.

The lobby is beautiful. The restaurant was good.

The elevator was out of order. The halls were dark and musty. When I got to my room, the bathroom was nasty, the carpet was dirty and stained, the bed had what appeared to be pubic hair all in the sheets and there was also a bug in the sheets. Management then refused to refund me because I had been there a little over an hour. (I most of that time was due to being at the restaurant and looking at another room that was not acceptable either.)

The sheets on the bed were not clean so asked them to change the sheets for my next night and they only made the bed with the same sheets. I will NEVER go back there.

my room had used syringes under the air conditioner and there was never any breakfast food prepared

The window curtains need to be change (they are all ripped) and the sheers and the accent curtains and the balance to be fixed. Included breakfast and by 8:00 am was no more food in the warmer. The coffee was really bad, McDonals serves better coffee!

Worked for the one night we had to stay in Gainesville. If we traveled again that way, wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location for where we needed to be at a good price

Bed was uncomfortable and carpets were stained. Breakfast was a joke- watery eggs with a link of sausage served on a styrofoam plate.

it was clean

the site said there was a pool, it was actually drained, so no pool, the tv in my room did not work so we had no entertainment. it was advertised that we got breakfast with our stay. that was a joke, I was a little let down, there was a few pieces of bread to put in a toaster, no butter or jelly, there was no juices or milk and 2 choices of cereal but no bowls. I paid 113 dollars a night and I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

It’s clean and the staff are nice!

the staff were really helpful and friendly! they helped me with all my questions and concerns! the hotel rooms were really clean as well! That’s all I really could ask for in a hotel lol 😎 it’s my second time going there so yeah! pretty great!

Clean, comfortable and easy access to the interstate. I loved all the Dove products in the bathroom.

INTERNET NEVER WORKED

Rooms are old but clean. Parking easy and near the hotel are many places to eat.

INTERNET NEVER WORKED. Only way to get it was to stay in the corridor.

My room wasn't ready at the agreed time and it was an incorrect room I was placed in I was supposed to have had a room facing the outside foyer

My stay was awesome and I enjoyed every minute. What an exceptional place to stay!

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and professional. I love the location and prices.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property because I loved everything about it.

I felt unsafe and dirty. Would not recommend at all. Would have happily relayed that info to the front desk, but they di

bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean.

Drapes were so old, they were dry rotted and ripped. Mini fridge was propped open with towels all in the bottom (soak up a leak?). Wifi and TV WERE THE WORST EVER. TV never connected (came through a couple seconds here and there but it was never watchable). WiFi on my phone was super spotty, so I just used data. Tub water ran yellow so I didn’t shower either.

The bathtub had all kinds of rust. Bed was uncomfortable. Springs were making noise and height was too high.

Disappointed but location good.

I liked the location the dining room staff.

The bed. There was a big hole in the mattress. About 4 foot by 4 foot. The lady at the desk was very unconcerned about it. The air conditioner made a loud noise the whole time. Things happen but the attitude of the front desk. Unacceptable.

This was my 3rd stay a this location - and it was the best of the 3 stays.

Room was clean, loved the Tinos Restaurant downstairs. The Friday staff was very friendly.
