The location was perfect- beautiful views, beach and pier and great eateries very accessible. Shops close by and loads of free parking. Communication with host was speedy, friendly and helpful.

The waiver and deposit came as a surprise and was a bit annoying to have to complete separately. I chose Booking.com over Air BnB to avoid hidden costs. Maybe it could all be included in the initial booking so client can book then forget about it until the trip arrives. However, it was not a big problem and didn’t spoil anything!

Great position, in relationship to sea and town centre. Wonderful large rooms. Bed very comfortable. Great little touches of tea, coffee, milk, washing up and dishwashing tablets. Every thing thought of .

Didn’t like the damage waiver fee with admin costs so either an extra £10 or £25 pounds. The app won’t let me opt for the £10 admin fee. Only option was to pay the £25 or I wouldn’t get key code.

Location was amazing x comfortable,spacious and all amenities we needed We had to report a fault and it was dealt with very quickly

Nothing to dislike a modern well furnished apartment. Salturn on sea unspoilt seaside resort.

The location and apartment was superb.We travelled here on and for my Mother's 72nd birthday and we adored our stay here

The checking in time and having to phone the agency multiple times to gain entry. The entry thing was partly my fault because I'd not noticed prior emails so had to pay the waiver charge whilst waiting in The Marine Pub with all our luggage.But the agency allowed us to enter 1 hour earlier (3pm) which we were very greatful for. Also having no where to leave our luggage was a draw back because our train home wasn't while 1pm.However I understand that this is so there are no issues regarding possible valuables in the luggage (so no accusations can be made by some guests) The garden could have beeb better maintained but it really didn't bother us.

The apartments are well situated with easy parking. The views out to sea are perfect! Lovely open and contemporary space will all the facilities you need.

The bed in the larger room was very soft and made if difficult to sleep. Plants could do with a dust! Deposit/damage projection is very expensive (especially for 2 nights!)
