The property has a very good vibe. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very polite and customer-centric. We had the Deluxe room..so it had a main room, and another adjacent one. We had to be close to ISI, and found this a good option

THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS VERY POOR THOUGH THE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS GOOD. jUICE CAME ONLY AFTER T5HE BREAKFAST WAS OVER FOR A COUPLE OF GUESTS.
THE BOOKING WAS DONE THROUGH BOOKING.COM WHICH CLEARLY SAID THAT PAYMENT WAS TO BE MADE ONLY AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. BUT EVERY HALF AN HOUR THERE WERE MAILS THAT ADVANCE WAS TO BE PAID, INITIALLY MESSAGES SAI8L FULL AMOUNT AND LATER HALF THE AMOUNT AND LASTLY INFORMING THAT THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AS NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE RECEPTION DESK WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID THAT NO NEED OF ADVANCE PAYMENT AND I CAN PAY AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN/OUT.
