Great location and house has all facilities including washer and dryer, dish washer, coffee machine,kettle,microwave,fridge etc beds are very comfortable too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, especially the full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also ice ready to use in the freezer, basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil spray, plus a coffee machine with coffee pods, tea, and creamer. These little extras made our stay very convenient and comfortable.
Everything was great overall. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. There was coffee, tea, and creamer available, but no sugar. Also, the bathroom rug was quite slippery, especially when it got wet after taking a shower or when you accidentally stepped on it with wet feet. A non-slip bathroom rug would be safer.

Excellent location, easy parking, convenient check in process, ground floor access, floor plan is great for 2 couples.
We stayed here 3 nights, and do not recommend for people with sensitive respiratory systems or allergies as the home was very dusty. Behind all of the tvs and lamps, there were layers of dust that caused excessive coughing and breathing issues during pur stay. Owner had cleaners come before our final night to clean the dust.
The kitchen pans are very old and need to be replaced along with the kettle that is rusting. The upstairs bathroom had cracked tiles, and when we told the owner, he was not solution oriented and "yes, I know". It didn't feel safe.
Some of the bulbs in common areas like the breakfast table were not working, and made the area dimmer than preferred. For the high cost per night and a cleaning fee, we expected better conditions.
