No hot water. Bad communication. Avoid

The property was not that clean when I arrived. The sofa was riddled with dirt.

Check in time was extremely late 4pm but check out was 11am. The shower DID NOT WORK FOR 2 DAYS and he is refusing to give me a refund. No HOT water in shower or sink for 2 days so I was trapped and couldn’t go outside. Communication was terrible and he took a long time to send someone to fix it. They came and didn’t fix it the first time. Claimed they did. I am chasing a refund which I have been promised but not delivered. Awful. Avoid

In all my stay was definitely enjoyable with my family,

The view was beautiful from the balcony and the house was clean the kitchen was well furnished, had everything you could need to cook. Wifi was strong the elevator was safe. The pool was definitely big and amazing beautiful place ro relaxe.

I was just confused of the building i was supposed to stay in because each building had a name and the parking I was given was in front of a building I thought was ours. But definitely didn't take me long to realize that.

Me gusto el conjunto de departamentos que son seguros y muy tranquilos.

Las camas son muy incómodas y el sofá cama de la sala necesita un cambio se nota que está muy usado, la tapa del inodoro también estaba en un mal uso.

Bom mas pode melhorae

A limpeza e o cuidado do apartamento, estava tudo muito limpinho e arrumado, a privacidade, a vista da piscina.

Não ter atendimento de uma pessoa no local, o vizinho teve que nos ajudar , e explicar como funcionava, o vigia sequer explicou como retirava a chave etc.. o acesso q piscina fica muito longe do apartamento, não tinha cafeteira apesar de ter um café pra emergência, a cafeteira estava faltando peça, também não tinha uma lavadora conforme anúncio.

Promising pictures but disappointing reality

The photos in Booking.

We felt terrified when as a welcome we received a long list of fines and warnings about out stay on the day of our arrival. The apartment was very basic and the furniture looked very cheap and ready to fall apart. Having read all the penalty info we were scared to touch anything. The main bedroom was missing curtains and there were no sheets for the fourth bed. We were offered fixes but we were not disposed toward waiting for maintenence people during our vacation time or leaving the key with our bags inside the apartment. We think those fixes should have beed done before our arrival. The beds in the smaller room smell of urine and they have plastic covers under the bedsheets. Your body extra sweats when you sleep on them. That was particularly a problem as the air conditioning did not work properly in that room. We informed the host but nothing he told us worked. Again, we did not feel like spending our only day in Cancun on waiting for maintenance so we just embraced the heat and cooled off in the shower, as there was no hot water in the apartment. Last thing, the location. The apartment is REALLY far from everywhere. Even if you have a car. As I said, the apartment is very basic. There was nothing to feel us welcome. Not a bottle of water or a can of spray for cockroaches (there was one really huge one!) We have left Baygon on the table. I hope our donation will feel the next tenant more welcome.

Warm and cozy place

The dream lagoon is really nice for families for the big pool to just relax. The apartment has everything you need, full kitchen, washer. It is very clean and comfortable. Walmart, bakery are just very close by. You definitely need a car to move around.

It is quite a distance from the hotel zone. You will need to have transportation. The back door to the utility room needs a rubber guard on the bottom to block the hot air and insects coming into the apartment.

The apartment was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, the pool key, TV and AC were working perfectly. Host left some dishes, microwave and fridge were very helpful, also life vest in the closet, Pool was nice and security guards very friendly.

unfortunately the courtain in the living room was too thin and you could feel the heat in the morning if using the sofa bed to sleep, also the drainage had a bad smell in one of the bathrooms, I put some bleach and it helped a little bit, we had an issue with the water heater and Miguel came in short time to fix it, the location is very quiet and secure but far from hotel zone, I recommend to rent a car.

We had a good time.

It had a kitchen, blow dryer, iron, and everything for a long stay. It was very comfortable the parking was relatively close.

The parking is very compact. We saw 2 roaches inside the living room and only killed 1. The pool closed early at 8pm. The elevator didn't work.

The pool was very amazing, the kids like it

The first 2 days we didn’t have A/C at the bedroom. Was a lick from one of the walls next door and was a large water in the living room. We couldn’t use the microwave because the outlet was broken. Not enough utensils to use kitchen. overall was ok. Also recommend dark curtains to avoid the sun going to the main bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

The communication with the owner was good and the checkin was really easy. The apartment was clean, the beds were good and the view is really nice. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, but it’s not close to the beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

This is a fantastic location with amazing pools. The gated community is clean, well kept and quiet.

We loved the pools and also the cabanas! it was so relaxing by the pools! We liked the gated community. It felt nice to have guards at the entrance and exit. I liked the dogs also by the guards, it added another feeling of security. I thought it was really cool to see they were well taken care of as well. I liked that the grounds were nicely manicured and kept clean. The washer was very nice to have from sandy days at the beach. I also liked the kitchen to make meals and the apartment sized refrigerator. Andiani is excellent with customer service. I highly recommend them! Andiani is very responsive to questions and issues. 2 Air conditioners didn’t work the first night and they sent someone over right away the next day and had them fixed by the afternoon!

I would say that the room we stayed in could use some updates. The pots and pans and knives were in poor condition and also the sheets were really thin in our room. There weren’t any light fixtures in the bathrooms which wasn’t a big deal but it would be nice.

Whole Family Fun

and I loved the small apartments they were nice and clean, it had 2 bathrooms one in the máster bedroom, each room had AC and it's own closet. We ordered food and that was pretty good, our host was super helpfull, We asked about covid testing someone was able to come to our apartment and test there without us having to leave the building.

I didn't like that the pool área only had two entrances and they were somewhat difficult to find. Also it was confusing at first to find our building then realized each building had a letter A-Z, we were in building F and that was quite the drive from the entrance. Other than that I would say our experience was great we definitely recommend.

No customer satisfaction

Wifi was good. The space is large. The property is within a secured environment. There was enough room for every one.

No laundry facility. For a vacation stay like a home, I expect to have laundry facilities. Also no courtesy of keeping even 2 bottles of water for guest. We arrived like 8pm and had to go out that night looking to buy portable water after a 13hours flight.

Nice appartment in residential area

Enormous swimming pool, excellent and very nice concierge helping you out with whatever you need, gated/secured environment, nice restaurants/bars and supermarkets at walking distance

Apartment was not as new as on the pictures (more worn, but still ok), kitchen utensils like plates and cups where limited available.
