Location, location, location. The apartment was uniquely styled.
The rooms could be made more cozy and comfortable. Particularly the mattress and pillows.

Excellent location, close to all the things we wanted to see and do in Seville.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the apartment from the bus station.
Cathedral, Plaza de Espagne and other landmarks are all in walkable distance from the apartment. The rooftop terrace is a nice place for morning coffee...use the spiral staircase on the roof to get to the very top.
The apartment is clean, there's plenty of hot water and everything works.
It's a quirky place...'upside down' with interesting fittings and things to look at.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice that bath gel, shampoo and some condiments provided.
Excellent location close to the river.
Situated over a bar and some bassy music could be heard.
Would benefit from the provision of some oil to help with cooking.

Good location, although very noisy on Friday and Saturday night.
Gaining access to the property was difficult with the key provided. The lock to the apartment and/or keys need attention or replacement. On arrival, it took us around 30 minutes to enter the apartment - the host was in a meeting with his family and not very responsive. I asked for the key to the terrace, included in the property details, which was not in the apartment. We did not get access to the terrace during our stay which was disappointing considering the good location.
The facilities and equipment need updating. There is no information folder for the apartment. There is no functional toaster, the microwave button labels have been removed through overzealous cleaning, the light in the kitchen did not function properly. The en-suite bathroom shower bracket needs refixing to the wall. The upholstery in the lounge would benefit from a cleaning.
