Outrageous check-in time!! Overly expensive and wifi barely works! The room wasn’t even ready by 4pm!!!

Location

No wifi. No remote for the tv. Dangerous staircase to the room.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful town, and the host was very helpful.

We stayed for two nights: 3 adults and a baby under one year old, and really enjoyed our time in Colmar! The apartment has a great location, just a short walk from the historic city center. In fact, it feels like you’re already in the middle of it. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. There’s a public parking available right in front of the building (paid during weekdays, but free on Sundays and public holidays), which was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We had requested a baby crib, which wasn’t initially in the apartment, but the host was very kind and responded immediately. She brought it over quickly. The sheets for the third adult was also missing at first, but again, the host was quick to help and brought what was needed. There were lack of hygiene products in the bathroom. Some bathroom essentials were missing, including toilet paper and shower gel. Luckily, we had brought our own since we were traveling with a baby. Just a small note: the apartment is best suited for 3 people; definitely not for 4 adults. The sofa bed is more appropriate for one person rather than two.
