Clean, modern, good location, comfortable bed, free toiletries, WiFi. Will definitely use again when in Hanoi

Small room, even for Vietnamese standards, but it was enough for a quick stay. Staff struggling with English, but that's what we have Google translator for :)

Still great, booked it for the third time and loved it here! Very clean, very comfortable, very welcoming, very helpful! We also loved the location! Don't get discouraged from the distance to the city centre, to the old quarter it's a 2 or 3$ ride. We stayed here already, so I won't write everything again, sorry. Nothing changed, aside from the construction in the lobby, which is not noticeable in the room we had.

Same as last time, the warm water in the jacuzzi. But there is an unofficial fix for that, the kettle.

We already left a review, but we came back twice because we liked it so much here. So I'd say this is definitely the place to be if you want to stay a bit outside the city centre. We enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel very much, it is absolutely not touristy. That means that you get left alone when you walk down the streets, nobody wants to sell you anything, it's more quite (well, not really, but it feels like it, it's more relaxed) but of course people also don't speak as much english. But they are still really welcoming and the food is absolutely great! There are a lot of really cute shops and cafes around, we had our best Phô there, and so on. For European tourists this is the goal, please stay here. There is a mall 10 minutes away by walking, if you want that as well. Not to mention that like 3 different banks are also 5 minutes away, so all necessary things are in walking distance. Ah yeah, and with a grab the southern train street is also close. It's very clean, the owners and staff are helpful and friendly (but only speak some english, nothing a translator can't fix) and the rooms are great: they all have a different "strength" or theme to them. The bathroom is well equipped and also clean. Everything is basically as in the pictures, just the rooms are sometimes a bit smaller. They are building something the last time we were there, but we didn't hear a thing from that.

We had the room with the jacuzzi, but the warm water is not enough to cover the turbines in the water... But maybe we just used it too late, after 10pm. However they also have a kettle in the room, so you can cheat around that, but psst!
