The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spacious with a generously sized shower. Communication with Melissa, the property manager, was very good. She was friendly, polite and always easy to reach.
The building itself appears to be relatively new. There aren’t many apartments in the building, which gives it a more intimate and private feel. There are parking spaces available and we were almost always able to find a place to park our car.
During our two-week stay, the cleaning lady visited twice. After each visit, the apartment was cleaned exceptionally thoroughly. This is personally very important to me, so I really appreciated the high standard of cleaning. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the apartment.
The only things I would suggest improving are adding two extra plates of each type to the kitchen and replacing the knives from time to time, as the ones provided were quite blunt. I know how to sharpen knives, so I simply sharpened them myself and it wasn’t an issue for me. However, I imagine it could be a little inconvenient for other guests.
During the first few days, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the apartment particularly well. Melissa informed us that it would be inspected and after the inspection, it worked perfectly and cooled the apartment extremely well.
I have no other suggestions or complaints. We genuinely had a great stay and I wouldn’t even consider these things to be actual downsides of the apartment. They are simply a few small suggestions that could make the experience even better for future guests.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from shops and the beach, tranquil neighborhood. apartment is well equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. the wifi and aircon work well, smart TV is ok, the common area by the pool also nice. complimentary cleaning and bedding / towels refresh for a long stay was also included.
Nothing bad really. If I have to be picky I'd say that there was no chopping board in the kitchen (or maybe I could not find it), just bought a cheap one in the supermarket.
