Excellent location, and with a great view. Apartment was clean and tidy, and the host accommodated early check-in. Perfect location for exploring both old town, beaches and shopping. Many good restaurants nearby. The host also provided information about various activities. Polite host who quickly responded to any questions.
The apartment is noticably smaller than portrayed in the photos. Air-con in bedroom was not functioning. Bathroom had less than great air quality, and was continually moist. Internett was unreliable, both in the bedroom and on the balcony.

We liked how close the apartment was to the train station, as we travelled by train from the airport. We liked how neat and tidy the apartment was and it had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. We also liked Pedro, who met us, who was super friendly and helpful.
Oh, we also liked how easy it was to communicate with the apartment via WhatsApp. That was good.
Nothing major to dislike. The a/c remote in the bedroom was not working but that aside, nothing else to complain about.
One improvement would be to say where you will be met. We arrived late and the gates to the building were locked. So, you need to know that the best place to be is by Ink Session tattoo.

The apartment had everything we needed and all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, close to everything, with the train station just 50 meters from the building. The old town was also around a 20-minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
The sofa wasn't comfortable for more than a night's sleep, but that's about it.

Location = perfect
I have booked the room regarding to its explanation on your page, with view to the city. There were two flats and I foun out that my flat was with the view to the backyard of the house with no view to the city. The other one had really beautiful view but not mine.
