Great location but House in very poor condition

House needs complete update. Not clean, cobwebs everywhere.Garden furniture falling to bits. Most doors and windows didn't close properly. Carpets threadbare.Drapes poor condition.Very hot to sleep in. Needs air con or at least working fans .On a plus side was location, being so close to beach was a bonus. Not anything else there so would be better to let people know they should get their supplies before making journey into waimarama. House looked good in photos but so disappointing when we got there. We hunted down bins which were in garage and put out our waste but it looked like no one else must do it when they stay ...could be wrong.?
