In this case bottles of water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Most welcome on a very hot day

Location, off street parking & clear instructions & communication from the owner regarding checking in & out. Presentable, nice, contemporary building conversion!
Bedroom. We didn't appreciate the bedroom wall backing onto the entrance lobby or being woken up by the lobby door slamming & intercoms going off all hours. It was stuffy & very dark due to the windows being covered & difficult to open them as well. The sofa was uncomfortable & the bathroom was very claustrophobic to use. The bed was uncomfortable & we'd expected more for our money. Lighting's an issue as well & couldn't find a compromise, it was either too dark or too bright so we won't be returning. Couldn't have windows open, due to smelly refuse bins!
