We loved everything about the property. Having stayed at many holiday-let properties over the years both in the UK and abroad, this property was the best. Great beds, fantastic kitchen/diner, extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable and a true home from home. Lovely garden too. Easy walk into Holt town centre which is a lovely place wander around. Holt is also conveniently positioned for easy access to the rest of the north Norfolk coast.
Nothing. The only suggestion I have is for a couple of hooks on the inside of both bedrooms for dressing gowns.

Outstandingly presented cottage. Everything perfect in every way. Full information about the cottage and local area provided prior to arrival as well as being contacted by the owner to check all ok. Ideal location for Holt and for our trip to north Norfolk for a wedding nearby. The cottage was tastefully modernised with a modern kitchen and dining area. Beautifly furnished lounge and cosy sitting room. Bedrooms superb with a beautifly equipped bathroom in cottage style including a lovely rain shower. Beautiful lighting features throughout. Spotlessly clean and everything had been thought about for the comfort and convenience of the guests. Lovely and warm with gas central heating and plenty of hot water on tap. Garden, patio and summer house all beautiful. Thank you Julie and Carl for a lovely stay.
