Casale Barbi was fantastic for our group of 10 adults and a baby. The house itself was spotless and full of character, and the location is excellent – Velletri town centre is within walking distance with great restaurants and supermarkets, two lakes are under 20 minutes away, and Rome centre is just an hour by train (only €3 each way). The property is super spacious with a great pool, plenty of shaded garden seating, a football pitch, and enough parking for everyone (though the driveway itself is a bit tight). It was also brilliant for children, with no major hazards. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and dealt with a few minor issues quickly and courteously.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casale Barbi! The rooms were spotlessly clean, much more spacious than we expected, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property felt very safe, peaceful, and well maintained.
The swimming pool was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated, and the beautiful gardens were looked after with great care. A special thank you to the lovely lady who takes care of the gardens—she was incredibly kind and even gave us some fresh fruit to try, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Our entire family loved every moment of our stay. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend Casale Barbi to anyone visiting the Velletri area and hope to return again in the future!

Piękny dom z duszą, Pani zajmująca się obiektem przemiła, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani jak w domu. Każda osoba z naszej grupy znalazła dla siebie dogodny pokój, duża ilość łazienek co jest bardzo ważne przy dużej grupie. Dom bardzo czysty, ogród z basenem piękny, wszystko zadbane. Godzinka drogi do Rzymu, my dojeżdżaliśmy pociągiem jak i autem. Naprawdę polecamy serdecznie, cała nasza grupą była zachwycona.
