We booked a 2 bed apartment originally, but were assigned apartment 4, which was huge, however if we were coming back with the family we would definitely request if this apartment was available again. It is a little tired compared to the other apartments, however the views and space make up for this.
Lack of information and communication, I had emailed ahead to request how to check in and collect the keys so luckily knew to go to the hotel around the corner. Information regarding hot tub use, how to use WiFi etc would go a long way in improving the overall stay.

Beautiful dormer apartment overlooking the prom. Well appointed, clean and with roll top bath.
Cooking utensils just need an overhaul, pans very scratched which presents a health hazard - particularly the non stick ones.

The new cottage we were put in instead of this apartment was clean enough and had a comfortable bed. But our view was of a carpark -- not the sea -- which was the only reason we chose Ty Belgrave so we were very disappointed.
I can't comment on the accommodation as we were put in alternative accommodation. Apparently this is the MO of this outfit, according to other reviews. I did kick up a fuss and they agreed to move us after our first night but once you've checked in and unpacked we didnt want to spend the 2nd day of our 3-night staying moving. We just accepted that we'd been scammed and tried to enjoy the rest of our trip in gorgeous Aber.
