The highlights of our stay were: (1) the view down the valley - visible from the terrace and the room porch; and (2) the Rhino tracking activity - a highly recommended unique experience - you start very early in the morning and return in the afternoon. Seeing rhinos is not guaranteed, but we were lucky to see 3 black rhinos from a very close distance - a father, a mother and a baby. You have to book 2 nights to go on this tour. Dinner and breakfast were ok. If you have a 4x4 vehicle, take it all the way to the lodge; it will give you more flexibility. Otherwise, park it in the guarded parking area adjacent to the lower gate near the main road.

The place is a bit old and requires maintenance. The staff is really trying to provide good service, but they seem exhausted.
