Location was pretty good. The room size is nice and the hotel looks modern & clean.
The breakfast was pretty basic. We don't think everything was fresh, some things might have been re-used. The coffee machine worked 0 out of the 3 days we used breakfast.
Airconditioning was more of a breeze, staff said this was due to the hot temperature outside. The restaurant is no longer in the hotel (booking.com mentioned a restaurant in the hotel) and no coffee/tea facility in the room (was also on booking.com)
We had to request bathrobes and the remote control for the streaming device

The room and bathroom were both spacious and quiet. The location worked well for us, as the city centre was around a 20–25 minute walk away. The parking area is small, but we always managed to find a space. The surrounding area is also pleasant.
The breakfast was not very good and felt poorly managed: plates were often missing, and when food ran out, it was not always replenished. We were also charged €10 more than the amount stated in our booking confirmation, which I found absolutely unacceptable and is the main reason why I would not return.
There was also always water on the floor at the hotel entrance, apparently from a leaking air conditioner, and I almost slipped twice. I pointed this out to the staff, but unfortunately they laughed about it rather than taking it seriously. I did not find the staff particularly welcoming or professional.
