The lighting in the bathroom was great. The room lighting was good too,
One of the light didn't work

The location was good - close to restaurants (e.g. City Lounge), and sufficiently far from the city centre, with the threats of riots. We used taxi rides to get to the city centre during the day, which was reasonable. Breakfast was good, with the standard items, but the coffee machine was not working. The staff helped to make the coffee for us! They also provided us with light breakfast items for our 3am departure!
There was insufficient lighting in the room. The 2 lights with the white globe-shades did not have any functioning bulb. There was no light at the other side of the room, adjacent to the bathroom. There was no light close to the 2nd bed; I had to use my phone-light! The TV channels did not include any English speaking ones. Thankfully the staff came to our help, switching to the use of YouTube and Netflix options.

Just as described, lovely quality with all we needed for one night stay in Tirana. Great location, approx 30mins walk from the centre of Tirana. Clean, well maintained rooms and professional service.
Not a massive point but the breakfast buffet was quite basic, would appreciate a better selection of items.

The room and bathroom were both spacious and quiet. The location worked well for us, as the city centre was around a 20–25 minute walk away. The parking area is small, but we always managed to find a space. The surrounding area is also pleasant.
The breakfast was not very good and felt poorly managed: plates were often missing, and when food ran out, it was not always replenished. We were also charged €10 more than the amount stated in our booking confirmation, which I found absolutely unacceptable and is the main reason why I would not return.
There was also always water on the floor at the hotel entrance, apparently from a leaking air conditioner, and I almost slipped twice. I pointed this out to the staff, but unfortunately they laughed about it rather than taking it seriously. I did not find the staff particularly welcoming or professional.
