Gute Lage, Lokale und Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand und Promenade sind es nur einige Meter. Wohnung selbst groß genug mit 2 Schlafzimmern samt 2 Bädern und großem Wohnzimmer.
Wohnung im 3. Stock, zwar mit einem Uraltaufzug, der aber nur hin und wieder funktionierte. Sehr mühselig mit Koffern oder mit Einschränkung. Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu Wünschen übrig, vorallem die Dusche (Ablagerungen in den Ecken und leichter Schimmel) und die Küche (rostige Geschirrablage und generell sehr abgenutzt). Herr Anthony der uns die Wohnung übergab war nicht von Freundlichkeit überschüttet - kein Gruß oder Lächeln, war offenbar sehr genervt und in Eile uns die Wohnung übergeben zu müssen, die obendrein noch nicht fertig gereinigt war (Putzfrau noch anwesend) obwohl ich mehrmals mitteilen musste wann wir ankommen.
Teilweise sehr laute Nachbarn.

Location was great, close to the beach but just far enough away so we did not hear the main road traffic. Close to shops and a good position to explore Nice. Very clean.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Schön war das zweite Badezimmer, Geschirrspüler, Balkon.
Nähe zur Promenade, Strand und Restaurants ideal. Auch zum Bahnhof nur ca. 15 Min., U-Bahn 5 Min.
Uns wurde ein Kontakt zu einem Fahrservice (€ 35,00) vom Flughafen empfohlen.
