The accommodation was full when I tried to book as other friends were also staying at Casa di Luca. However, they (Annalissa) went out of her way to arrange for me to stay around the corner in a colleague’s venue.
The accommodation was fine and I appreciated being found an alternative place to stay close by.

Emplacement idéal pès du centre et de la plage. Chambre spacieuse.
Le propriétaire n'était pas assez clair pour le petit déjeuner. On aurait mangé un peu plus.

Great location close to the sea and center (5-minute walk), with the bonus of private courtyard parking. The room itself is simple with a comfortable bed and basic bathroom amenities.
However, please note that check-in requires a phone call to the host as they need to meet you with the key. The accommodation consists of private rooms inside a shared living block. Soundproofing is minimal — you will hear noise from the common area and street, so earplugs are essential.
I would also advise against opting for breakfast. It is extremely basic (coffee in a paper cup and a croissant). Additionally, cleaning was taking place nearby with a strong chemical smell, and a staff member stepped out onto the balcony to smoke a cigarette while we were eating, which added further discomfort. Fine for a quick rest, but needs better management.
