The location and view was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The Balcony was lovely.

Exceptionally clean and unlike the $1000 per night room in our hotel we had just left the sofa bed was made before our arrival!!! Great pool and a welcome message from our hosts was much appreciated too. Would definitely stay again when visiting our friends in Budderim.

Just one small thing that didn’t bother us as we are early risers but there could be a blind in the kitchen window to block the morning sun if you do have folks sleeping on the sofa bed. (Again this didn’t hinder our stay)

Spacious and clean with great views! The mattress was very comfortable but just needs a top sheet.

There was no top sheet on the bed just a doona which was too hot to use..!!! Being on the side of a hill the driveway was a bit awkward to access!
