Great location. Very new still. Lots of facilities like pool, gym, laundry, convenience store on 1st floor, easy check out process, large public bath, etc. The rooms seemed to be quite soundproofed as I barely heard my neighbors or hallway traffic during my 3 night stay even though the hotel was bustling with guests.
Single room was much smaller than expected compared to other hotels. Small rooms can feel cozy if designed right but this hotel’s room felt rather tight (other than on top of the bed, very little floor space to even open up your suitcase, and no closet, although there were hangers with hooks on the wall). The toilet/bathroom space also felt smaller than the norm compared to other Japanese hotels. The hallway ceiling also felt low. Someone who is claustrophobic or physically large may not feel so comfortable staying here.

Large Spa Bath, indoor pool and gym facilities on 2nd floor are sensational.
Wonderful Niigata city view (day & night) from our room on top floor.
After a warm spa bath in a spacious comfortable bed, we had a sound sleep until sunrise.
Actual distance to the hotel from the station is short but hard to walk because of a congested streets condition. A shuttle service can be provided.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was unpleasant: waited in line for 20 minutes just to get in and also the restaurant was very congested and exhausting to have a decent meal. Breakfast hours should be divided in 2-3 shifts.

Affordable price, good location and new facilities.
Rice of breakfast is the best quality ever.
Room cleaning is not sufficient for example each edge of floor carpet is full of dust, clothes hangers are not wiped.
Elevators are not efficient, you need to wair for more than 5 min. in the even weekday morning.
Bereakfast is minimum choices.
Height of pillows are insufficient and mattress is too soft to keep your posture.
