Think about your customers who are going to stay.

With AC on atleast we got our much needed rest.

Although included - we were not being asked for breakfast and have to do outside hotel. Manager was pushing for non AC , when we pushed with booking details he gave an AC room . But condition of room was not good. Bathroom all taps, buckets were covered with heavy salt deposits and not being cleaned like agea.

DTH were not working. When I approached the staff, he was unresponsive and impolite. Full of cockroaches.

They charged again GST amount from us and also they are having 2 hotels which we book in OYO they will not provide to us and they ask us go another location.

Had booked this hotel for my parents because this was nearby to a marriage hall that my parents were attending. The moment I made the booking, the property collected the full payment from me online. On the check-in date, the property called me and texted me to check-in to another hotel of theirs which is around 4 km away from the original location. Despite telling them that I made the booking for my parents who are senior citizens who will not be able to walk 4 kms to marriage venue in the late night and early mornings to the marriage venue, the property owner was not ready to accommodate them in the location where the booking was made. Had a very bad experience. Interacting with the staff. Why did they collect the payment in the first place if they were not able to accommodate us in the location where we made the booking???

Location that was accessible to Bus station, Railway station, restaurants, super shope, etc,

Room size was good but lack of TV, WiFi, the dressing table was shaky/broken while bathroom was not clean. There were lots of mosquitos coming in from bathroom window as no protection. There was no room service for my 2 nights stay. The front desk and staff were not bilingual so hard to convey message in English or Hindi. There was issue in the reservation that I made through Booking. com which clearly stated AC room with TV while the local agency OYO connected to this hotel reservation didn't had it. Ultimately landed you staying in non AC room!!!

This Hotel they are charging me extra money though I have paid full amount through your Booking.com, He didn’t give me room key until I pay my the extra cash. It’s very bad experience, I have faced through Booking.com me and my friend were not at all satisfied. No Hot water will be provided in morning to bath also.

They are charging extra money apart from booking amount. No hot water given for morning bath, no cleanliness maintained, there is railway track behind the hotel it’s very Noisy.

location is good , price is better

they charged me more than booking amount (15%extra) and not at all matched with the promised spec . no ac, no tv, No cleaning done at all , no response for your request, overall hotel service not good

it’s very worst stay I have ever seen.

no bedsheet. 3 double beds. instead they provided single room with 3 single cots. smelly and no cleanliness. receptionist is rude and not listening to whatever we say

It was a very bad experience with this property. , not sure why this property is still not blocked by booking.com. we were refused accommodation at the booked property but were asked to take another one with no option. With the family it was a very bad experience we had experienced with this property. Booking.com didn't help other than saying they were unable to contact the property owner

Worst service ever.

I don't like anything in this hotel.

They took more money when i tried to check in as I have already paid through online. For 2 guests I paid but they cheated and telling one guest you booked and pay more for the another guest like that. Such worst service. And they begging when we tried to check out the room.
