All inclusive idea was good for food! Service at restaurants is good!
Access is not welcoming at all the security guards make you wait too long to contact reception before you can enter the premises….very frustrating!

I went to this hotel to not think about anything, to enjoy the sun, long walks on the beach, swim in the pool, enjoy delicious food and drinks. I got all of that. I felt the hotel cares about its guests. Thank you!
You can get caught somewhere in every hotel, I won't do this.

The hotel is satisfying in terms of size, layout, and pools. The activities and drinks, especially the coffee, are very good. The food is good by the African average. A very fun hotel to stay with your family or a small group of friends.
This is my third visit to this hotel. Dominique at reception was a nice person and handled our check-in process, but he was off duty when we checked out, and the rest of the reception staff were terrible. Check-out took 38 minutes. They couldn't even issue a receipt. You pay €120 for a massage, book it for 5 pm, but you're still waiting at 5:30 pm. They are very slow. The bed linens and towels looked dirty due to stains that wouldn't come out. A company sent a group of 200 people for team building. After that point, everything became chaotic. If you happen to encounter something like this, don't leave your room. Even don't go to restaurant.

Room service took 1h and 30 minutes, really disappointed. We asked for a pillow and a blanket for our child before going to sleep. Took 4 phone calls and nearly 2 hours to bring it. 5 stars, for room service I would give -1
