The location is very good and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Toilet flush breaking in the middle of the night and having to change rooms due to constant loud noise that it caused.
The view from the window was a construction site.
The building had an "unfinished" look in some places.

The warm welcome from the owner of the hotel and the friendly courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a special thank you to the delightful breakfast staff.
The location was short easy walk to Sultanahmet Square and all the attractions.
Nothing wrong at all.

Excellent location for a short 4 days trip to Istanbul focusing on the old city and its main attractions.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is rather small and sheltered from the busy main streets.
I have no complains that are worth mentioning. If you expect a more active nightlife, this is not the place for you. This is a quiet area, close to a school. For us, as we were travelling with the family, this was not an issue.
