The property has walking distance to Galerías that is a mall to Sam’s and Walmart the staff were all super friendly and helpful the last day the reception had a young kid in reception he was attentive friendly and super helpful thanks
The parking we took out pick up and to go down and park when we wanted to leave we had to wake up two people because the had us blocked one of the reception ladies was not friendly at all

It was close to Plaza Galerías
Parking was a bit difficult. Lobby was located on the second floor and accessed by elevator from first floor. Towels appeared old and not soft.
