1. The manager is very very very kind (except housekeeper)
2. Very near Odawara station (almost 7~10minute walk)
3. Very clean
4. You can eat snack in the 3rd floor
5. toothbrush, razor, coffee, water(hot cold) always in stock (free)
6. Wooden room, but not very noisy in the night
1. Strange smell in the room (wet wooden + daddys foot + non-dried clothes)
2. towel is free, but always not enough

The staff was super friendly, especially Taylor!
The room was super clean and the location was close to everything (convenience store, groceries, restaurants and Odawara station). The views from the upper terrace were incredible!
The upper terrace didn’t look the same as in the photos of the property (cushions and hammocks were not there- however we did not ask for them so that may be why). The window shades in the room allowed too much light into the room and by 5 in the morning it was quite bright in the room.

Location was great 10 mins walk from the main station with one the Scenic spot is just the opposite and 15 mins walk from the fantastic beach.
A detached house , nice cafe nice roof and staff.
One of the American staff carried my luggage down from the cafe at the 3rd floor.
The bed plank under the mattress was slightly thin and it would be okay with earplugs.
But comfy.
