The worst

Nothing!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Raj Holidays Inn. We booked our stay through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the person handling registrations asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation, claiming that the online booking rate was expensive and that they could provide the room at a cheaper rate if we booked directly. Trusting their assurance, we cancelled our confirmed booking. Unfortunately, the room we were given was in terrible condition. There was water leaking from the wall, leaving the floor constantly wet. The room had a strong toilet-like smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, the walls were covered with fungus and mold. Since both my children and I have allergies, we immediately informed the staff about our concerns and requested a different room. However, instead of addressing the health and hygiene issues, the staff member only offered to reduce the room rate further. We clearly explained that the problem was not the price but the unsafe and unhealthy condition of the room. When we complained about the condition of the room, the staff provided a room spray instead of offering a room change. A staff member told us that there were another room available upstairs and said he would check and return, but he never came back, even after we followed up and requested an update. Our concerns were ignored, and no satisfactory solution was provided. This experience was extremely disappointing and disgusting. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer care were completely lacking. I would not recommend this property to families, especially those with children or anyone who suffers from allergies.

the location and its close proximity to most of the tourist spots especially the Vagamon meadows

since its a brand new property we didn’t have a proper room service available during our stay however i was informed that in a couple of weeks they are planning for a in-house kitchen with all services as well
