Genti texted me in advance of my arrival, giving precise directions to the building and the garage. He met me upon arrival, led me to the apartment where he explained every feature and provided the keys. The breakfast is at a restaurant attached to the rear of the building and was excelllent. The apartment was very clean, ample in size, and featured a washer, which is helpful for travelers. The location is fantastic, being no more than 15-20 minutes walk from everywhere in the center of the city. Within 3 minutes of the apartment are several places for food, whether a restaurant or a market as well as Hemingway's, a very fun (and crowded) bar.
No coffee maker in the apartment.

It’s very safe and a beautiful apartment.
Spacious and clean en perfect situated on walking distance of city centre.
Airco is every room.
Only small thing, the bed is not very large for a couple (1m70 F/ 1m90 M)

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. The owner was really nice, spoke English, gave us lots of tips and recommendations which were very helpful.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, some right downstairs! About 10min walk to the main square. Super easy for getting the airport bus. Breakfast tokens for the cafe downstairs was great, choice of yoghurt and fruits or eggs, enough to get the day started.
The neighbour on the second floor has a very loud alarm that goes off at 9am then blasts music at full volume for up to an hour. Which is fine if you're up and out early, but less so if you're hoping for a lie in or have been out enjoying the nightlife the night before!
