Great place and location, staff is fantastic and very dog friendly my dog loved the walks located a short distance away. Newcastle sea front, Tully more forest and Castlewellan forest park, Moor lough nature reserve and Dundrum Castle . Could not make one complaint! Definitely will be back again.

The bedroom ( room 6) was a good size and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable.
The continental breakfast, albeit completely self service, was fresh and offered a lot of choice.
Reasonable overnight rates for a room.
Resembled a functional country motel more than a B&B.
The initial appearance of the outside of the property was run down. Lots of weeds in driveway and exterior walls badly in need of a coat of fresh paint. The windows look in need of repair/upgrade. This despite the installation of what looks like an outdoor hot tub!
The common areas of the interior also reflect neglect. Old worn carpet needing replacing asap; walls badly scuffed and pitted with plaster holes. Just a general lack of being cared for. We were astonished that there was no one there to welcome us and actually we saw no -one from management throughout our overnight stay. Disappointing.
