This place is as advertised. Very good location, extremely clean, and very nice overall. The host had good communication over WhatsApp, had a great restaurant recommendation, and helped schedule me a taxi at 3 am to the airport! I would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again.
Just make sure you communicate with the host about the exact location - he'll send you send you a Google Maps link - as it's a little confusing (but not a big deal at all). Other than that, this place is great!

The room is very beautiful and exactly as pictured. Location is very central. Staff were helpful and available via WhatsApp. Shower was good and they provide shampoo and conditioner.
The tub in my room did not work (plug was not holding water in the tub) and the tub doesn’t feel super private since the neighbouring rooms have the same set up and will be able to see you in the tub. Also it was quite loud to sleep in at night due to the street noise. I would also recommend paying in cash in local currency as the exchange rate they use if paying in euro is higher than the real one.

Huge room with big bathroom and balcony.
The building is an apartment block, which is not the most welcoming, there was a large fridge abandoned on the stairs, bicycles everywhere - it just wasn't a pleasant experience. The immediate street was also a little dodgy, being a single traveller I didn't feel super comfortable in the area.
The fridge in the room is also noisy.
