Residence Casa Pineta

La struttura è molto vicina al mare e a due passi dai negozi e ristoranti. È tutto molto curato, anche gli spazi comuni esterni che sono dotati di area relax con dondolo e sedie, calcino, giochi per bimbi, tavola da ping pong e spazio per giocare a bocce. La lavanderia comune è ottima, davvero comoda e sopratutto le lavatrici vengono igienizzate regolarmente. Cucina dell’appartamenti ben fornita. Paola e il proprietario davvero gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Condizionatori perfettamente funzionanti, direi fondamentali con quasi 40 gradi all’esterno! Ottimo luogo in cui soggiornare. Se torneremo a principina ci alloggeremo sicuramente.

Poca insonorizzazione(mi spiace per gli altri ospiti che si sono dovuti sorbire le sclerate di mio figlio) e aggiungerei un mocio in dotazione agli appartamenti. Bagno piccolino ma funzionale!

Il box doccia piccolissimo, il bagno in generale è piccolissimo, ma essenziale. Il letto da rivedere completamente.

Nice and clean place. Very friendly staff — we didn’t miss anything; they took care of all our needs. The Superior Apartment offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. It has a small balcony with enough room to dry your swimming gear. No extra seating or table on the balcony. Each room is equipped with an AC (total of 2, which can be controlled separately), which works well and helps keeping mosquitoes out. The building is nestled among beautiful pine trees that provide shade for both the house and the surrounding public area, including the excellent private parking space. The apartment has a quite good kitchen, with a very good induction cooker. You don't miss anything, with this speedy option to heat and cook. Within walking distance you can find good restaurants (pizza, pasta, meat and fish) with reasonable prices. It is close to the beach, only a 5 - 10 minutes walk. The long and wide beach offers large public areas where you can stay for free, as well as plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. Feel free to ask the owners for a quote. The sand at the beach is rather medium to fine-grained and great for children to play. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea. After about 20 meters, sandbanks offer excellent play opportunities for children. When it's windy, the waves are the most fun there. We had a great time an we can definitely recommend it and would come back!

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, personale gentilissimo. Prezzo giusto. Siamo andati a Rocchette, Cala Violina, Cala del Barbiere, Punta Ala ( spiagge bellissime). Poi ci hanno consigliato di andare a mangiare Al Porto (abbiamo mangiato benissimo). Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questo posto, quindi Ve lo consiglio.
