The hotel is in a prime location in the center of Hersonissos, very close to the beach and the main shopping area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a very large bed, air conditioning, TV, balcony, and a great hot shower
it is crucial to note—as this is not advertised anywhere—that this property does not operate like a standard hotel. Services are not available continuously. There is no full-time reception, no continuous housekeeping or maintenance, and no on-site staff to reach if you need immediate assistance. Housekeeping only comes on specific days at set hours; if something is missing or not provided, there is no way to get it resolved.
I tried contacting the property multiple times, including during checkout, but received no response. Future guests should be aware that this is not a typical hotel experience with a full service team and a front desk. Presenting it as a standard hotel is misleading to customers
