There was a guest who was speaking loudly on phone and yesterday night I kept hearing sound from other guests that disturbed my ears but it was fine later on

Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Quite near a bus stop to the city. When there was no hot water, the property managers got someone to fix the boiler straight away, on a Sunday - I appreciated that.
I couldn't send my passport details via WhatsApp cos I'm old?! 58 years, hardly ancient. I sent it via email instead but it didn't work. The technological race scares the shit out of me. Accept people, however they come.

I liked that it was warm inside.
Good hot water.
Location was good for me because it was close to a point of interesent for me.
Bus station near.
My room had a door to a garden.
Room was not really clean.
I can swear the sheets were not changed before me because there were a lot of wrinkles and they seemed used.
I dont understand if standards of cleaning are just low in UK or it was just here.
I dont have expectations of 4-5 star hotel, but I expect a room to have clean sheets, towels, bathroom and vacuumed.
