Too much noise from the fridge and AC

Location was great, easy to reach city center on the tram (23mins). Tram station right in front of the building. There is big mall nearby where you can find supermarket, restaurants, etc.

In description there is AC in the apartment, but in reality this is something more like ventilation, where you can't control temperature, you can only control speed of the fan. But even with 100% fan temperature didn't go below 22,5°C, which was still hot in the night and also very loud. Also sometimes bad smell was coming from the ventilation. Another loud thing in the room was fridge which was permanently making sounds. Pillows were quite uncomfortable and the bed was squeaky. The apartment was not cleaned well, it was quite dusty and there were even some small stones from the street, also some hair on the bed. When we were trying to communicate with the apartment representative, trying to understand how to make AC work better, to cool down the room (the weather outside was 34°C) first she answered but then started ignoring us. Update: after leaving the review, the landlord contacted me via WhatsApp with deeply inappropriate and unprofessional message. Making assumptions about my nationality, telling me not to visit her country, and threatening my rating! This is unacceptable behavior from a host. It is very disappointing that instead of addressing my concerns (such as the cooling issue, which you never explained or resolved), she responded with hostility. This only reinforces the validity of my review.

Fully equipped apartment!

In the apartment, you will find everything you need. It's very well equipped in order to feel like at home. Most apartments with a kitchen are empty meaning you are actually not able to prepare food nor even open a bottle of wine. In this case, you won't be missing anything. Very nice touch is an air purifier. Since Prague is very noisy, it's not pleasant inside the room with windows open. However, with the air purifier, it's not really necessary to open windows. Also in the bathroom, you'll find all necessary. Great job, owner;-)

The Internet should be faster.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment! Went to Prague for a gig in 02 Arena and was much near then I thought. Less then 5 minutes. I'll definitely recommend the place for my friends and will be back for sure.

People don't speak English and the guy in the reception was soooo rude. But apart from that, my stay was lovely.

Vše bylo tak jak bylo psáno. Všude čisto a voňavo, měkké voňavé ručníky. Postel nadmíru pohodlná, super plochá TV. Hned vedle Galerie Nová Harfa a O2. Za mě naprostá spokojenost

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Vše v pořádku

10 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026

Toto ubytování jsme využily již po druhé. Apartmán krásný, prostorný, hned vedle MHD, nákupního centra a O2 Universa. Určitě se zase vrátíme.

Die Lage war super, nur unweit von der Sportstätte (WM Eiskunstlauf) entfernt.
