Very friendly and accommodating staff, despite mentioning when booking I would be arriving with a dog, they did not know this but quickly found a room to me that allowed dogs. Great location and nice rooms. Also, it had a terrace, which was very nice (I was at the back of the hotel, away from the road) and it was enclosed, which was perfect for the dog.
I was a solo traveler and got a family room with bunkbeds, I did not like having the bunkbeds but I guess it was because they gave me this room as I had a dog with me. Again, it did not bother me as I was on my own but one half of the double bed was missing all the slats on bottom half of one side. A quirky note, not a complaint, the floor was tilting slight downwards towards the terrace, which made it funny to walk on.

Nice location in the center of Crans Montana, good for activities in the area - simple and good
Parking with an adjacent restaurant is a bit difficult and a general thought about hotel/room scents could help
