It was reasonably priced and clean

There were loud noises from floors above ,no individual tv in rooms..and hot water is not really hot ..its just lukewarm not even that in the mornings..

It was a very bad experience , we booked the hotel through booking.com , but when we reached the hotel ,the receptionist said the room was already given and they refused to give any other rooms in the hotel. It was a very bad experience and we ended up looking for other rooms late evening So beware advance booking in this hotel.

The staff were good. They fixed the basic things immediately. Good house with comfortable beds and clean rooms and bathroom.

The building is just next to Big drainage passage which is open. So some time it was stinking very badly in the 2 back room though we were in 2nd floor. There was no latch in one of the rooms bathroom door .

The cleanliness, space and accesibility was good.

Firstly, the toilet flush was broken in one of the toilets. We informed the staff regarding the same. But they have just agreed to repair later, and it was never fixed. Secondly, there was no mentioning in booking.com that i have to pay advance amount for booking. But they demanded several times to pay advance amount to confirm the stay. Even after paying the advance amount, i was getting repeated messages, and a call for the booking confirmation. I feel this is misleading the customers.

Property was not cleaned properly. Sheets and towels were dirty and had spots. TV didn't work. Neither water can nor kettle nor tea and coffee in the apartment. On the second day the apartment was not cleaned. Overall a lousy experience and am disgusted.

Poor service. They used to take 15-20 mins to on the power backup when the power used to go out. We couldn’t sleep in the night because of that Water was leaking from the AC, we couldn’t on the AC because of that Washrooms were smelling badly, not maintained well Staffs weren’t friendly, specially the female staff

The bed linen, towels were not clean..i.e spots. The kitchen utensils were badly cleaned. Overall the property was not clean enough.. The property was not cleaned on the second day and I had to inform them twice before a water can was provided also Tea and Coffee sachets were never provided in spite of my repeated reminders.

We checked in early, they havent asked any amount extra, very clean rooms and exactly same as in picture, basic amenties like tea powder and induction stove will be available, good stay and will recommend to all of my friends.

Nothing specifically
