We were able to check in late (11pm) which was great as we were doing a road trip and stopped off at an extra place on route.
So it was great to not have to worry about late check in fees or rushing to be there on time.
The location was great, just a short walk over to Ortiga which was flat and manageable. We had the car and there was street parking surrounding the apartment which was very handy.
The rooms very extremely large and spacious and clean with comfortable beds
a shelf or ledge in the showers to hold products and toiletries would be great.
The little toiletries were handy but even a wall mounted (refillable) bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner would be a good addition to the bathroom.

Excellent location just steps from the bridge to Ortigia, very clean, modern and spacious. A/c and fridge worked well.

The stairs may be a challenge for some with mobility issues.
